Our vision and mission were inspired by certain questions that kept coming back at us, over the years of working with first-generation entrepreneurs and inspiring start-ups, and ourselves being one too!
Some of the questions were -
1. What are the best possible mindsets, capabilities, skills and practices to enable Organizational effectiveness and productivity?
2. Is it possible to leverage available resources and your energy effectively?
3. Do we have the right culture and level of engagement to ensure the best possible output?
4. Often, we can sense that something is stopping and limiting our growth. But how do we find out what it is? And what can we do about it?
5. How can we ensure good health of the Organization?
