It is common experience, that as Organizations grow most of them lose their capacity to learn, to focusing on generating profits and adding on projects! 5. How do we do this?
Anonymous observations, meetings, experiential learning sessions! Usually the process for the first month flows somewhat like this -
First touch meetings – key areas identifying – unanimous decision on areas needing development – define references – design processes, training or workshop sessions, change cards – implement and apply – check and incorporate feedback – re-design if necessary – final design implemented by team on their own with observation from our end – simplification and documentation – weekly personal / online intervention for next two months. Post 3 months, a review is done with the organization to choose the best way forward.
6. What is our USP?
In simple terms, 2 main facts stand out -
- We talk less, do more and help you do more
- We empower you through the initial 1-3 months, and don’t go on finding reasons for you to be dependent on us, always
Our methodology is designed in such a way that gradually, there is an equal, if not higher emphasis on application and learning by the people in the organization. Learning through application is what we believe in. Also the knowledge shared by us are inspired by global standards and practices – most of which help improve our quality of life and work in the long run too. More like ‘empowerment’ for life!
7. Why would “Turn Around” consulting be useful to me?
Once a leader, always a leader! We believe that once you get the entrepreneurial itch, it usually doesn’t go away, despite failures, setbacks (what we call ‘detours’) and the consequent self-doubt!

9. What are our favourite methodologies?
A multitude of resources exist in our working library – After Action Reviews (AAR), Appreciative Enquiry (AI), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Six Thinking Hats, The Work, EFT, Six-Sigma and more…
However, somewhere down the line as we were learning to use and apply these resources, we came across this book called Tao of Leadership by John Heider which resonated deeply. It mentions that as we rely less applying too many and too much of techniques, the work becomes more effective and powerful. And our experience says so too!
Creative and design thinking, deep listening and simplifying are our favourites, coupled with some of the above mentioned standards as well.
